 On this page you will find classes listed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) services and certain other evidence-based programming. This list is NOT comprehensive. Several organizations have programs starting throughout the year; others offer new programs only once or twice each year. If you know someone who might be at risk, have them take the online quiz to find out. They can then ask their doctor for a blood sugar screening test if their score is 5 or more.
