Prediabetes Quiz Pretest
The prediabetes risk test is a screening tool developed by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and validated by US CDC. (Learn more about the risk test here ) to help determine an individual's risk of developing prediabetes.
Having prediabetes increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. It is important to be regularly screened for prediabetes. The quiz will give you a score based on your answers. A score of 5 or more will indicate you are at risk of developing prediabetes; however, only a blood test can determine an official diagnosis.

If you are currently pregnant, we recommend waiting to take the risk test until after your 6 week postpartum visit. If you have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, ask your provider about your risk for diabetes. The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC)helps eligible women by providing education and healthy foods during and after pregnancy.
