Come meet a diabetes educator and we will explore the different insulin pumps and glucose monitoring devices available that may be used to help manage your diabetes.

1. Be 18 years of age or older
2. Have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes

A healthcare provider referral for Diabetes Self-Management Education is needed before attending.
