Learn Your Risk

Yet understanding prediabetes and your risk is such essential information to be armed with because – although it increases your risk for type 2 diabetes – with the right lifestyle changes, prediabetes is reversible.
Take the risk test and take charge of your health today. You can print your results to start the conversation with your healthcare provider.

Have you ever been told by a health professional that you have diabetes ?
Are you currently pregnant?
If you are currently pregnant, we recommend waiting to take the risk test until after your 6 week postpartum visit. If you have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, ask your provider about your risk for diabetes. The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC)helps eligible women by providing education and healthy foods during and after pregnancy.
Thanks for answering the pretest questions. Now on to the test!
It is important to be regularly screened for prediabetes. The results of this risk test are not a diagnosis of prediabetes. Please share your results with your healthcare provider. Only a blood test can confirm a diagnosis.
