Prevent T2

Prevent T2 is a CDC recognized program by the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) to help individuals delay or lower their risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.
This program is a year-long lifestyle change program that will start on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 and end on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. All classes will be on Wednesdays from 9:00am-10:00am.
